Trouble signing in?

Forgotten your password?
Your Toko password is your company Microsoft 365 password. On the Microsoft sign-in screen, tap Forgot my password, or ask IT to reset it. Toko never sees or sets your password.
It says I’m not allowed / access denied
Toko is limited to approved staff on the allowlist. Make sure you signed in with your company work account — not a personal Microsoft account. If you’ve just joined or changed roles, ask IT to add you.
It signed me in as the wrong person
Your browser may be holding another Microsoft account. Sign out fully, or open Toko in a private window, then sign in again with your work account.
2-Step Verification / code problems
If your code isn’t arriving or the Authenticator app isn’t prompting, check your phone’s time, date and internet, then try again. If your phone was lost or replaced, IT will need to reset your verification.
The sign-in button won’t work
Refresh the page, or try a different browser. If you added Toko to your home screen, close it fully and reopen. Still nothing? Tell IT what device and browser you’re using.
